Acube Developers built Gloas, an eight-storey apartment building in Dubai Islands with one and two-bedroom homes. The project sits near beaches and marina facilities.

Apartments have smart home technology, Italian kitchen cabinetry, and Bosch appliances. Interiors include designer finishes, Roca sanitary ware, and ceramic and porcelain tiling. Fully-furnished homes are available, and the planning aligns with Vastu-compliant design principles.

The development includes an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, restaurants, and a children's play area. CCTV security monitors the buildings.
