Sunset Bay Grand is a waterfront development on Dubai Islands by Imtiaz Developments, offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes from 840 to 2951 square feet.
The residences feature contemporary design with floor-to-ceiling windows and open-plan layouts. Curved architectural elements reflect the natural flow of ocean waves. Glass balconies frame views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai's skyline.
The development sits on Dubai Islands with direct access to waterfront and beaches. Island residents enjoy privacy while remaining connected to mainland Dubai through transport links.
Shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, restaurants, and children's play area. A rooftop includes an infinity-edge pool, sun deck, and lounge areas.
