Description

Mr Eight Development is building Villa del Arte on Dubai Islands in Dubai, an 11-storey apartment tower designed in collaboration with British designer Tom Dixon.

The tower holds 64 apartments across one, two, three and four-bedroom layouts. Interiors include travertine and marble finishes, with Tom Dixon sanitary ware, Antonio Lupi bathtubs and Siemens-fitted kitchens.

Dubai Islands sits along the Arabian Gulf, with beaches that hold Blue Flag certification. A bridge links the islands to the E11 highway, putting Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes away, with Deira's Spice Souk and Gold Souk nearby. The wider Dubai Islands community also includes parks, marinas, golf courses and hotels.
