Samana Developers creates Samana Barari Resort, a 35-storey residential development in Majan. The project offers studio and apartment units with resort-style living.

The studios and apartments feature open-plan layouts with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Natural daylight and views toward landscaped grounds define each space. Selected units include private pools, creating a villa-like residential experience. Built-in appliances, smart home technology, and premium finishes are standard.

Samana Barari Resort is located in Majan, a residential area within DubaiLand. The setting offers proximity to green surroundings and everyday conveniences. The development is positioned within a larger master-planned community.

The community includes an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, and landscaped gardens. Dining options are available on-site. A children's play area and CCTV security serve residents.
