Zoya Developments builds Sorei in Dubai South, a project of studios and apartments with multiple layouts. The design incorporates glass elements and sits within green surroundings.

Each home emphasizes natural light, open space, and air flow. Windows and private balconies connect interior areas to the outdoors, expanding the living space. Master suites feature soft natural colors and tones.

Residents have access to a community hub on the podium level, which includes landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, jogging tracks, and outdoor seating areas. The rooftop holds a swimming pool with lounge and relaxation zones. Within the development are restaurants and a children's play area, and security cameras monitor the grounds.
