Al Thuriah develops Almaza Tower, a 41-storey residential tower on Al Khan Corniche Street in Sharjah, with one to four-bedroom apartments facing Al Khan Lagoon.

The building holds 170 apartments ranging from 1,520 to 4,175 square feet. Each home has an open living and dining area, a fitted kitchen, and a private balcony that looks out over the lagoon. The tower sets aside five levels for covered parking.

Residents can use an indoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a children's play area within the building. Separate prayer rooms serve the community, and beach access leads to the lagoon's waterfront. The tower runs security coverage throughout the day and night.

Al Khan lines Sharjah's coast along the Corniche, close to Al Mamzar's waterfront and the emirate's commercial districts. The area links by road to Dubai and the northern emirates.
