Privacy policy
Last updated 20 October 2026This policy says which personal data iBroker holds, why, and what you can ask of us. iBroker is run by Augusta Properties Brokerage LLC, a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for the data. Questions go to hello@ibroker.ae.
1. What we hold
- Your account: email address, name, company, and the settings you choose (currency, area unit, alerts).
- Your verification: your BRN or freelance permit number and the photo of the card you send.
- As a member: your payout details (legal name, trade licence or permit number, TRN, bank and IBAN). Card payments go through our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
- For a deal: the signed reservation agreement you share, the unit and your notes, and later the documents the developer needs.
- The offers you make for clients: the projects, your branding and the client's name if you add it.
- How you use the site: the pages you open, what you click, your device and browser, your approximate location from your IP address, and the website or campaign that sent you.
2. Why
- To run your account and show you what it gives access to.
- To check that you are a licensed broker before we open broker-only information.
- To handle the deal with the developer and pay you the commission.
- To see which pages brokers use, so we can improve them.
- To send the alerts you switched on, by email and as notifications on the devices where you allowed them.
- To keep the records the law asks of a brokerage.
3. Who sees it
We never sell data. Deal documents go to the developer of that project, because the booking needs them. Your branding and contact details appear on the offers you send. Beyond that, data goes only to the services that run iBroker for us: our servers, our email provider, the payment provider for membership, Microsoft Clarity for page-use statistics (unless you decline it), and the map tiles (OpenFreeMap) and map library (jsDelivr) your browser loads to draw maps, which see your IP address.
4. How long
Account data stays while your account is open and for 24 months after it closes. Deal and payout records stay as long as UAE law requires a brokerage to keep them.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (except what the law makes us keep), and to receive it in a common format. Write to hello@ibroker.ae. Your clients can ask the same about their data.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted, access to our systems is limited to the people who work the deals, and broker-only information is never sent to a browser that may not see it.
7. Changes
We may change this policy and will tell account holders by email when a change matters. The current version is always on this page.
